“Normal”: Typical state or condition, conforming to what is expected.

I have no desire to be normal.

It’s normal to regularly eat fast food and live overweight, but it isn’t healthy.
It’s normal to die of heart disease.
It’s normal for moms to have incontinence after giving birth, but that isn’t healthy.
It’s normal to sit all day, but it isn’t healthy.
It’s normal to reduce physical activity with age, but it isn’t healthy.
It’s normal to live unfulfilled, but it isn’t healthy or ideal.

If your parents/family or friends are overweight or have preventable conditions, you have to CONSCIOUSLY  do something different than they do.
Break the “normal” habit.

Be okay being different!

Be strong and confident doing things differently!

Love,

Monique
