There are just certain things that we should simply never eat if we want to lose weight. Now I am all for allowing yourself to take a vacation from your diet every so often, in fact I think doing so is key to long term weight loss success, but even during those food vacations there are still some things we just shouldn’t eat, and below are my top ten things to avoid. Rethinking how you eat – the real value of Shocking your Body

Have you ever wondered how you got overweight? I did. For the longest time I had people tell me they were surprised at how big I was since they rarely seen me eat, and when they did I didn’t seem to eat very much. While this was true when looking back I did pound in the calories, I just did it by selecting the worst options and eating often when nobody was looking (my fellow midnight gorgers know exactly what I am talking about). “I am going on a diet”. This is a pretty common phrase to hear right? When I hear it I always ask how many calories are you consuming daily to which I too often hear back either, “I’m not sure I am just going to watch what I eat” or “I don’t know it’s a ... Share on Facebook

Often when I share my story people ask me what I ate. When I give them a general picture some push me to give them a real specific picture, they basically want to know what I ate and when and they want me to be exact. So I figured it might be helpful for some to see exactly what I did eat while I was dropping weight on a fifteen hundred calorie a diet. Share on Facebook
